DBGB's French country cold weather dinner series continues with an evening of Cassoulet. Chef Olivier Quignon's take on the rustic classic from South Western France is generously laden with duck confit, house made sausages, melt in your mouth braised pork belly and succulent lamb ribs over a garlic scented white bean stew. To drink: the spirit of the Fingerlakes with several selections from Ithaca Beer Co. For dessert, nothing but an Armagnac and pruneaux soufflée could be the crowning glory for this heart warming French soul food repast.
