DBGB Kitchen and Bar's family style dinners continue with their famous whole hog feast. Rev your engines with a selection of charcuterie, just a warmer-upper for Chef Olivier Quignon’s whole Pennsylvania Green Village Farms slow roasted suckling pig. It’s stuffed with bacon, apples and sage and served family style with Olivier’s endive and ham gratin, beer braised sauerkraut, fingerling potatoes and early spring veggies. Top the whole thing off with our fabulous flaming vanilla – pistachio – raspberry baked Alaska. Now that’s what we call putting lipstick on a pig !
Beer Sommelier Jon Langley will pour a sampling from Stillwater Brewery, including the juniper scented Kopstootje (roughly the Dutch slang for beer and a shot); Bri-Witter, a berliner weisse, and a strong Belgian pale, released by Stillwater as an anniversary beer .
